FieldStream’s use of cookies and other technologies, such as pixel tags and web beacons, may be employed across its website, online services, interactive applications, and email messages. These technologies aid in the analysis of user behavior, identifying which parts of the website are visited, and assessing the effectiveness of products and services. FieldStream considers information gathered by cookies and other technologies to be non-personal information. However, if Internet Protocol (IP) addresses or similar identifiers are deemed personal information by local law, FieldStream will treat these identifiers accordingly. This information is used by FieldStream to identify trends, administer the site, gather demographic information about the user base, and analyze user behavior on the site. In some email messages, a click-through URL linked to content on the FieldStream website may be included. When users click on these links, they pass through a separate web server before arriving at the destination page on the website. Pixel tags are utilized to send email messages in a format that is easy for customers to read and to determine whether mail has been opened. This information may be used by FieldStream to reduce or eliminate messages sent to customers.

On occasion, FieldStream may provide certain personal information to strategic partners that work with FieldStream to provide products and services or help FieldStream market to customers.

When users utilize FieldStream products, services, or applications, or post on a FieldStream forum, chat room, or social networking service, personal information shared is visible to other users and may be read, collected, or used by them. Users are responsible for the personal information they choose to submit in these instances. For example, if a user lists their name and email address in a forum posting, that information is public. Users should take care when using these features.

Integrity and Retention of Personal Information

FieldStream makes it easy for users to keep their personal information accurate, complete, and up to date. FieldStream will retain user personal information for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention

For personal information, we make good faith efforts to provide you with access so you can request that we correct the data if it is inaccurate or delete the data if FieldStream is not required to retain it by law or for legitimate business purposes. We may decline to process requests that are unreasonably repetitive, require disproportionate technical effort, jeopardize the privacy of others, are extremely impractical, or for which access is not otherwise required by local law.
